Areas of Practice: Commercial Contracts Corporate Insolvency Equity After 10 years at the Bar in South Africa, Doran joined Blake Dawson's Insolvency and Restructuring Group in early 2004. In 2005, he was employed as a senior associate in Henry Davis York's Banking and Finance Group. In September 2005, Doran returned to the Bar. Doran has extensive experience in complex commercial litigation with a particular focus on corporate insolvency. He has appeared in a 108 day hearing in the Commercial List of the NSW Supreme Court. In addition to appearing on behalf of a number of liquidators, Doran also appears on behalf of the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.
