Experience:
Before coming to the bar Nick worked as a solicitor for 10 years in which time he obtained a broad range of experience in city firms large and small, before starting his own practice in 2003.

Nick has worked for Abbott Tout in Commercial Litigation (for clients including CBA, the (then) State Bank and Rams Home Loans) and later in Media Law advising the likes of Baz Luhrman and the Cameron Mackintosh Group. However, Nick has also worked in small practice for boutique Macquarie St firm Osborne and Associates between 2001 and 2003, advising property developers and publicly listed companies on Corporations Law issues.
