John-Paul has a broad commercial practice that incorporates banking/finance and personal/corporate insolvency litigation. John-Paul graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Laws degree. He worked as a solicitor in various areas of Dispute Resolution for five years during which time he completed his Master of Laws at the University of Sydney specialising in corporate and commercial law. John-Paul was called to the New South Wales Bar in 2003. He is a sessional lecturer in the Law of Corporate Insolvency at the University of Notre Dame, Sydney.
